We are thrilled that you are interested in our adopting one of our puppies! Here are the steps in that process.

1. Complete the Puppy Application form
   We raise our puppies as treasured members of our family, which is why we are a little picky about who we send them home with. The application is just a way for us to get to know you and help you decide which of our puppies is right for you and your situation.

2. Interview & Approval
   Once we receive your application, we will schedule a video call to get to know you a bit more and and for you to meet us. This is really an opportunity for us to discover if we are a good breeder/owner combination. Use this time to ask any questions you may have and to meet the available puppies. Based on this interview we will let you know your spot on the puppy list.

3. Submit your non-refundable deposit to hold your spot
   Once we have completed the interview and both decide we will be moving forward together, we require a non-refundable deposit to hold your place on the puppy list. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the puppy, with the remaining due on the day of puppy pickup.

4. Meet the puppies virtually
   While you are waiting for that much anticipated pick up day, feel free to schedule video calls to check on the progress of your puppies. We also allow one in-person visit prior to pick up day.

5. Pick up your puppy
   You will need to pick up your puppy in person within one week of them being available.

6. Keep us informed
   We would love to stay up to date on how your puppy is doing. If you post to Instagram, please use the hashtag #sunrisegoldendoodlestx. Since we do not sell to breeders and require our puppies to be spayed or neutered, we ask that you provide record of that from your vet.
